Can you believe it? after all that seriously cold weather, hard frosts etc., I found some fresh, juicy Oyster Mushrooms, yesterday. As soon as I figure out how to put up a photo I will. Didn't want to be under pressure to just eat them so I've boiled and pickled them in cider vinegar and can take a little time to come up with a fitting recipe. It's amazing. And so was climbing the tree to get get them, not a pretty sight.
