Thought I'd better introduce myself, especially as I'd already made a post before doing so (how rude of me!).

I'm Chickenofthewoods, a bit of a forager bushcrafty wild loving outdoors type of person. Bardster knows me from the Kent group on BCUK where I have also been known to hang out.

Nice to see this place up and running!

We're hoping to! I fancy having a crack at the spoon carving for starters.

Bardster's the man for that - (he's also taking the bow-making), The spoon will come in handy for the poacher's pot stew made from the road-kill!

So do I! Should I bring along some foraged greens just in case? http://www.websmileys.com/sm/happy/028.gif

Don't worry

All will be fed!

I may have to drop a few rabbits for you - incidentally shot a beauty of a pigeon today - in the freezer with the rest, complete with feathers, waiting for May (hope he doesn't get too chilly!)

Cheers all
